Commission Process

A special project or a commission piece are always a Joy, being part of your story and bring that energy into form is my purpose.

Each commission is a collaborative process—shaped around your space, your story, and the energy you want to bring into the room.


 

1. Inquiry & Vision

After filling the contact form below, I will arrange a 30 min discovery call so I can answer any questions and start the journey. You will share a few details about your space, desired size, colors, and intention. Photos, measurements, or mood boards are welcome. 

 

2. Concept & Proposal

I create a unique design and concept that will match the energy and desire behind the project with size recommendations, palette, materials, timeline, and investment.


3. Design Approval & Deposit

Once the design is approved, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot and production begins.

Timelines vary from 4–10 weeks depending on scale.


4. Creation & Updates

I begin sculpting the piece using mineral compounds, pigments, and selenite crystals. You receive a few progress updates along the way.

 

5. Final Approval

When complete, your artwork is finished, sealed, framed (if included), and photographed for final approval.

 

6. Packaging, Delivery & Installation

Artwork is professionally packaged with a Certificate of Authenticity and care instructions.

Local delivery & installation (Utah) is available. Shipping is offered for national and international collectors.

 

7. Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance + shipping/delivery is due before the artwork is shipped or installed.
